General Manager
Holds overall operational and commercial accountability for the estate/facility portfolio. Sets strategy, approves spend within a delegated limit, and personally owns growing the corporate client base — without handling cash or making payments directly.

What you will do
- Direct strategy across Facility Management, Financial Management, People Operations, Administration and Sales & Marketing.
- Own the organisation's corporate client relationships — identify, pursue and secure new corporate business.
- Review and approve expenses and disbursements raised by Financial Management, within your delegated approval floor.
- For spend above the floor, arrange supporting evidence and Chairman or Board sign-off before approving.
- Review Financial Management's monthly reporting and hold the function accountable for accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee Facility Management's operational performance — repair turnaround, servicing compliance, handover standards.
- Represent the organisation at Board/Chairman level and escalate items requiring their decision.

- Corporate client growth. A specific, verifiable corporate relationship you built and grew.
- Cross-functional leadership. Evidence of coordinating finance, facilities, HR and sales without being a specialist in any one of them.
