Built environment expertise shouldn't stop at a border.

A directory connecting quantity surveyors, architects, developers, land surveyors and environmental consultants across markets — so standards, tools and opportunities move both ways, not just one.

Why it exists

Standards, tools and opportunities should move both ways.

Expertise in the built environment tends to flow one way, from established markets to emerging ones. The Delivery Network is a directory and a working network that lets it flow in both directions, and gives every member a way to find and vet counterparts elsewhere.

Nigeria is the host market. These founding markets — including Ghana and the United States — are already showing early interest and will anchor the first cross-border nodes as the network opens.

How it works

Four ways the network moves work forward.

01

Knowledge transfer

Practitioners and associations exchange standards and best practice directly, in both directions, instead of expertise flowing one way from established markets to emerging ones.

    02

    Technology transfer

Access to modern tools and methods in construction, surveying, design and environmental practice, wherever they were developed.

      03

      Partnerships

A direct path for firms, associations and individual practitioners anywhere to find and vet credible counterparts elsewhere.

        04

        Opportunities

Cross-border projects, joint ventures and professional development that a purely local network can't surface.

          Who it is for

          Global, Diaspora and Local.

The network is built for three groups at once, because standards, tools and opportunities only move both ways when all three are in the same room.

          01
          Global

Firms, funds and associations outside Nigeria looking for credible counterparts, projects and joint ventures in the market, and a way to vet them.

          02
          Diaspora

Nigerian professionals and firms abroad bringing standards, capital and clients home, and building on both sides of the corridor at once.

          03
          Local

Practitioners and firms in Nigeria reaching modern tools, methods and cross-border work without having to leave the market to find them.

          One standard

Open to individuals and associations, held to one standard

Membership is open to individual practitioners as well as recognised professional associations worldwide. Every member meets a baseline standard of accreditation, which is what gives the network the scale and credibility to make knowledge-sharing and opportunity-matching actually work — rather than just another directory.
