What Phase Two is

Africa's AI economy — data centres, digital twins, talent, and EV infrastructure as a real estate asset class — paired with renewable energy and conservation. As AI data centres pull real estate into REIT-eligible, dollar-denominated structures once reserved for gateway metros, this four-day arc puts capital, construction and policy in the same room: three days of live convening, then one day distilled into Standard Bearers — the podcast series, global panels, and debates that carry the standard forward between events.

Standard Bearers

AI design models. Digital twins. Infrastructure built for Africa.

This is where the polish comes off — raw, unfiltered debate on funding and capital, distilled into the podcasts, panels, and debates that carry the standard forward between events.
