Podcast Lead

Runs production end to end. Books and records sessions in the studio, edits, and gets episodes out the door. You know your way around a mic, a mixing board, and a deadline.

What you will do
  • Schedule and run recording sessions with hosts and guests.
  • Edit audio and video episodes to a publishable standard.
  • Own the release calendar and hit it.
  • Keep the studio, kit and files in working order.

  • Production track record. Episodes or shows you have actually shipped, with links.
  • Technical fluency. Comfortable with recording, mixing and editing tools.
  • Reliability. Evidence of holding a release schedule under pressure.
